Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 8–10 days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–4 days, depending on your location.

Please ensure your address, pin code and contact details are correct before dispatch. Customer-caused failed deliveries/RTOs on prepaid orders are not eligible for a refund; re-shipping can be arranged at an additional shipping charge.

Urgent Delivery

Need your order by a specific date? Please inform us at the time of ordering or as early as possible. Last-minute requests close to dispatch may not be possible to accommodate.

Urgent delivery is confirmed only once our team has approved the timeline. Additional shipping charges, calculated as per actual weight and pin code, may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Return for Refund: Within 48 hours of delivery
Exchange: Within 7 days of delivery
Store Credit: Within 7 days of delivery if the 48-hour refund window is missed

The 48-hour return window is calculated from the delivery date and time recorded by the courier partner.

Returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact.

Sale Items: No returns/refunds; exchange allowed within 7 days.

Bundle Offers

If an item from a bundle is returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the offer, the bundle discount will be removed. Retained items will be recalculated at their applicable full selling price and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Customised / Altered Orders

Products customised to your requested measurements, length, fit or specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

For customised orders, we will share a photograph of the relevant garment measurements for your confirmation before dispatch. Customised products remain eligible for alterations where feasible.

Size & Fit

Our size chart shows body measurements, not garment measurements. Garments include ease for comfort and movement, so finished garment measurements will differ depending on the fit and silhouette.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. Before dispatch, you may request store credit or a size/style change, subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

If we are unable to meet a committed delivery timeline due to a delay from our end, you may request cancellation and a refund.

We believe that one size doesn't fit all! Everyone has a different body type. While size charts bring some cohesiveness, every brand follows a different sizing system. To add to the confusion, each garment has a different fabric with varying levels of stretch and fit. Choosing a size shouldn’t be a science, but it often feels like one.

All we ask for are measurements taken with a measuring tape, which you can also use when selecting an undergarment for a perfect fit or when shopping from another brand. And for Dehi, we know you'll be back once we get your fit right.
