Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns / Exchanges

We allow returns within 48 hours of delivering the product and allow 7 days to exchange
your product for a different size or a different product. In case you've missed the refund
timeline (48 hours) and don't know what to exchange with, you can still avail for store
credits within 7 days of placing your order! :)
In case we delay the dispatch of your product, we will contact you to confirm your
availability, before dispatching!
To initiate a return or exchange, please log in on the website and initiate a return/exchange.
We will schedule a pickup for your return and share tracking details.
There might be a situation where reverse pickups from your pincode are unavailable-in such
cases, we will request you to self-ship your return to our warehouse.

Please Note:

• We don't accept returns / exchanges for CUSTOMISED items. Customised items are
eligible for alterations.
• We don't accept returns on Sale Items. Sale items are eligible for an exchange.
• Please note, exchange on exchanged items is not allowed unless it's a mistake from
our end.
• Please note, 48 hours will be counted from the delivery time and not from the next
day.
• We would suggest clicking a picture while returning the garment as third-party
shipping partners sometimes mix up return garments. This will create further
hindrances while issuing refunds.
• Please allow your return order to reach our warehouse for us to issue your refund.
In case you had placed a COD order, please share your UPI with us for refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and
make it right.

Urgent Shipping

We offer urgent shipping for select orders.
Charges are calculated in real time based on the package’s actual weight and delivery pin
code, and will be shared with you before dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request:
• A store credit, or
• An order change (size or style), subject to availability.

Please note: Return requests that appear to be placed only to cancel an order after
delivery (without any product-related issue) will be processed as store credit or exchange only, at the brand’s discretion.

Exception

If we are unable to meet the committed delivery timeline and the delay is from our end, the
order will be eligible for cancellation and refund upon request.
