Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. In case of incorrect details, your order will be returned to the warehouse. In such a situation we’ll have to charge shipping fee irrespective of prepaid or COD order as essentially we will ship your order twice.
I need help deciding the size I should order!
For any size related queries, please share the product that you’d like to order / or have ordered with your body measurements - Chest, Waist, Hips, and Length. We will be more than happy to make the order to the closest size of your shared measurements.
Please refrain from giving other brands' references as these brands also have different size charts for different styles.

When will you deliver my order?
We’ll ship your order within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. However, in case you need it by a specific date, please add in the notes while placing your order. That will really help us plan our production and dispatch.
Please Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
What is your exchange policy?
We are happy to accept exchanges for the same product or a different product or extend store credits within 7 days of delivering your order.

What is your return policy?
We allow refunds only when they are initiated within 48 hours of delivering your order. In case you miss this window we still give you an option to either get store credits or exchange within 7 days of delivering your order.
Please note : We don't offer Refund / Exchange on custom order but happy to alter the product if needed to get you the perfect fit. You can ship your product back to our studio in Delhi.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How long does it take to receive your refund or store credit?
We would request you to wait until we receive the product back to our warehouse, where we will do a second quality check, post which your refund should be initiated within 48 hours.
** Usually it takes 7 to 10 days to receive the product back based on your location.
** We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your chosen payment method on our Refund and Exchange Page. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
We only charge a flat shipping fee of INR 100 for COD orders as our delivery partners charge additional rates for cash collection. Please note, as of now we only allow Cash on Delivery up to INR 2000.
How do you handle lost or damaged returns
To manage lost or damaged returns, where the client is not at fault, we will bear the cost of the same. To ensure fair returns, we do two quality checks.

How are orders placed on DEHI delivered to me?
All orders placed on DEHI are dispatched through Shiprocket, which is a third party delivery service.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.
However, in case you need it by a specific date, please add in the notes while placing your order. We will contact you to confirm if it is possible.
Where is my order processed from?
Your order is processed from our studio in Delhi.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
The package looks tampered at the time of delivery! What should I do?
