Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Each DEHI piece is thoughtfully prepared for you.
We aim to ship your order within 8–10 days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–4 days, depending on your city.

Our team may reach out for order confirmation or measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

Urgent Delivery

For select orders, we offer priority 1–2 day delivery.
Charges are calculated in real time based on the actual weight of the package and the delivery pin code, and will be shared with you before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Within 48 hours of delivery
Exchanges: Within 7 days for a different size or style
Store Credit: Available within 7 days if the return window is missed

Reverse shipping charges for returns will be deducted as per actual courier costs. Exchange reverse shipping is complimentary.

Cancellation Policy

As every order is carefully prepared, cancellations are not available once an order is placed. If you change your mind, you may request:

A store credit, or
An order change (size or style), subject to availability.

Note : We don't accept returns on Sale Items. Sale items are eligible for an exchange.

We believe that one size doesn't fit all! Everyone has a different body type. While size charts bring some cohesiveness, every brand follows a different sizing system. To add to the confusion, each garment has a different fabric with varying levels of stretch and fit. Choosing a size shouldn’t be a science, but it often feels like one.

All we ask for are measurements taken with a measuring tape, which you can also use when selecting an undergarment for a perfect fit or when shopping from another brand. And for Dehi, we know you'll be back once we get your fit right.
