Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
We hate to make you wait, so we will responsibly ship your purchase within 8 to 10 days. After shipping, delivery takes 3 to 4 days depending on your city. Please expect us to connect with you for your exact measurements and order confirmation once you place your order.
We allow returns within 48 hours of delivering the product and allow 7 days to exchange your product for a different size or a different product. In case you’ve missed the refund timeline (48 hours) and don’t know what to exchange with, you can still avail for store credits within 7 days of placing your order! 🙂
** Please drop us a note / text / email in case you need your order by a specific date. All urgent one day and two day deliveries will be charged INR 200/- for shipping. All refunds for return orders will be made after deducting a small sum of INR 99/- for reverse shipping. Exchange order reverse shipping is free of any charge.
Why Do We Ask For Exact Measurements
We believe that one size doesn't fit all! Everyone has a different body type. While size charts bring some cohesiveness, every brand follows a different sizing system. To add to the confusion, each garment has a different fabric with varying levels of stretch and fit. Choosing a size shouldn’t be a science, but it often feels like one.
All we ask for are measurements taken with a measuring tape, which you can also use when selecting an undergarment for a perfect fit or when shopping from another brand. And for Dehi, we know you'll be back once we get your fit right.

For any size related queries, please share the product that you’d like to order / or have ordered with your body measurements - Chest, Waist, Hips, and Length. We will be more than happy to make the order to the closest size of your shared measurements.
Please refrain from giving other brands' references as these brands also have different size charts for different styles

When will you deliver my order?
We’ll ship your order within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. However, in case you need it by a specific date, please add in the notes while placing your order. That will really help us plan our production and dispatch.
