Fit & sizing
Choose your top and bottom sizes separately — mix them freely. Both run XXS to XXL, or made to measure.
Between sizes? Take the smaller for the fit shown, the larger for more ease.
The fabric
Oxford cotton. Crisp, breathable and hard-wearing, with a fine basketweave that keeps its shape and softens with every wash.
Customisation
Any style can be made to your measurements — choose Custom at size and enter your chest, waist, hip and length. We photograph the garment measurements for your confirmation before dispatch. Custom pieces can be altered, but not returned.

Delivered in 7–10 days. Refunds within 48 hours of delivery, exchanges within 7 days with free reverse pickup — sale items exchange-only, customised pieces alteration-only.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 8–10 days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–4 days, depending on your location.
Please ensure your address, pin code and contact details are correct before dispatch. Customer-caused failed deliveries/RTOs on prepaid orders are not eligible for a refund; re-shipping can be arranged at an additional shipping charge.
Urgent Delivery
Need your order by a specific date? Please inform us at the time of ordering or as early as possible. Last-minute requests close to dispatch may not be possible to accommodate.
Urgent delivery is confirmed only once our team has approved the timeline. Additional shipping charges, calculated as per actual weight and pin code, may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Return for Refund: Within 48 hours of delivery
Exchange: Within 7 days of delivery
Store Credit: Within 7 days of delivery if the 48-hour refund window is missed
The 48-hour return window is calculated from the delivery date and time recorded by the courier partner.
Return reverse shipping: Deducted as per actual courier cost
Exchange reverse shipping: Complimentary

Returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact.
Sale Items: No returns/refunds; exchange allowed within 7 days.
Exchange-on-Exchange: Not allowed unless there is an error from our end.
Bundle Offers
If an item from a bundle is returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the offer, the bundle discount will be removed. Retained items will be recalculated at their applicable full selling price and the refund adjusted accordingly.
Customised / Altered Orders
Products customised to your requested measurements, length, fit or specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
For customised orders, we will share a photograph of the relevant garment measurements for your confirmation before dispatch. Customised products remain eligible for alterations where feasible.
Size & Fit
Our size chart shows body measurements, not garment measurements. Garments include ease for comfort and movement, so finished garment measurements will differ depending on the fit and silhouette.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. Before dispatch, you may request store credit or a size/style change, subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
If we are unable to meet a committed delivery timeline due to a delay from our end, you may request cancellation and a refund.

For any size related queries, please share the product that you’d like to order / or have ordered with your body measurements - Chest, Waist, Hips, and Length. We will be more than happy to make the order to the closest size of your shared measurements.
Please refrain from giving other brands' references as these brands also have different size charts for different styles

When will you deliver my order?
We’ll ship your order within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. However, in case you need it by a specific date, please add in the notes while placing your order. That will really help us plan our production and dispatch.
Please Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
